I offer dynamic, high-quality performances tailored to create the perfect atmosphere. Working with talented session musicians, we craft a well-curated setlist that suits your event’s style—whether relaxed, soulful, or lively. My standard package includes a two-hour reception performance, available in flexible line-ups: Duo (Vocals + Acoustic Guitar or Piano), Trio (add Percussion), or 4-Piece (add Bass).

About Me
Maltese singer and performer Raquela began her musical journey at four, studying violin for nine years before pursuing vocal performance. A University of Malta graduate, she debuted as a soloist with Voices in 2004, later performing with Masquerade Theatre Company in Seussical – The Musical and at the National Orchestra Goes Pop.
In 2007, she won Simply Music’s duet competition as part of a duo, which led to a support slot for Simply Red. She went on to appear at Earth Garden, the Farsons Beer Festival, and Voices once again. Her theatre and concert work expanded with recurring Rockestra performances and Teatru Unplugged 16.
Internationally, she was selected from over 1,000 contestants to perform with Gigi D’Alessio in Turin, represented Malta at the International Istanbul Song Competition, and took part in a prestigious international concert in 2010. She later collaborated with DJ duo Tenishia on the acclaimed Shores of Eden.
Raquela has competed several times in Malta Song for Europe/Eurosong Malta, placing fifth in 2011, returning with Ray of Light in 2018, and in 2025 with her moving entry Silenced. Other highlights include Leone Goes Pop, Malta’s 50th Independence Anniversary concert, an Elton John tribute with Revamp Malta, and recent international songwriting projects in Italy and Germany.
She continues to pursue her career as a songwriter and performer, currently working on new material she plans on releasing towards the end of this year.
